How do I get my Leasing Agent license in Illinois?
 
In order to obtain an Illinois Real Estate Leasing Agent license in the State of Illinois you must be at least 18 years old, a high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.), successfully complete a 15-hour Leasing Agent course at a real estate school approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, pass the state licensing exam. 
 
Leasing Agent License Renewal Deadline is July 31, 2014. 
 
Leasing Agent licensees in the State of Illinois are required to renew their license prior to July 31, 2014 and complete six hours of continuing education (CE).
